Medium to Long-term rates are available on request.
All Kaiviti Motel rooms have:
- Kitchen/kitchenette
- Private bathroom
- TV (
- Walking distance to Au Bon Marche & Town
- Desk
- Onsite security
Limited service option includes:
- WIFI
- Housekeeping (and linen changed) once a week
- Electricity & gas
Limited service option does NOT include:
- Breakfast
- Replacement of room supplies
Room supplies such as replacement toilet paper, soap, tea, coffee, etc are not included and the responsibility of the guest.
Daily rates apply for shorter stays or reduction in room nights.
The following rates are applicable for a minimum of seven night stays (prepaid in advance):

2 Bedroom Apartment (ceiling fan only) @ per night twin or double
2 Bedroom Apartment (ceiling fan only) @ per night triple
2 Bedroom Apartment (ceiling fan only) @ per night quad
