Kaiviti Motel is a family-run colonial style motel on the main street of Port Vila overlooking the beautiful Harbour and Ifira Island. 

All spacious studios and two-bedroom apartments are self-contained with complimentary WIFI.

Kaiviti Motel is walking distance to town, the main supermarket (Au Bon Marche Nambatu) and the local market for organic fresh fruit and vegetables.

We have recently introduced an air-conditioned meeting room and weekly accommodation rates to complement our monthly and long-term rates already in place.

Kaiviti Motel is a part of Golden Chain, an Australian independent motel group, and our owner has just been awarded a life member.

"Have just spent a week at Kaiviti Motel. Loved every minute. Very convenient to shops, cafes, markets, restaurants, and the waterfront esplanade in Port Villa. The pool is great as is the cafe adjacent to the pool. But the best part about it is the staff. Alecia is the young manager of this family-run business, and she could not have been more helpful and accommodating, bending over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay, and giving us heaps of local tips on what to see and do. I will definitely be staying here again."

"Kaiviti is central (5 minutes walking to the city center and 2 minutes walking to the supermarket, buses passes there all the time) which made our stay very easy. The appartement had everything we needed, beds, sheets, towels, kitchen, and it was very clean (and cleaned everday). The staff is lovely and there is a pool (which is fenced, I found that very important, traveling with little ones) to cool down on hot days. The breakfast and meals were yummy and could be delivered to our rooms for lazy nights, yay ! I don’t want to leave the place 😛
Forgot to mention that our room had a view on the harbour and sunsets, it was beautiful!"
