Medium to Long-term rates are available on request.
All Kaiviti Motel rooms have:
- Kitchen/kitchenette
- Private bathroom
- TV
- Walking distance to Au Bon Marche & Town
- Desk
- Onsite security
Limited service option includes:
- WIFI
- Housekeeping (and linen changed) weekly or twice-weekly
- Electricity & gas
Limited service option does NOT include:
- Breakfast
- Replacement of room supplies
Room supplies such as replacement toilet paper, soap, tea, coffee, etc are not included and the responsibility of the guest.
Daily rates apply for shorter stays or reduction in room nights.
For stays of 5 nights or more, the following room types are available with limited service (rates on request):
Standard Studio (ceiling fan only)
Ground Floor Standard Studio (air conditioned)
2 Bedroom Apartment (ceiling fan only)
For stays of 30 nights or more, the following room types are available with limited service (rates on request):
Basic Studio (ceiling fan only)
Standard Studio (ceiling fan only)

2 Bedroom Apartment (ceiling fan only)
For permanent stays, rates are available on request (bond and lease agreement required).
