Kaiviti Motel is a 37 unit (28 studios and 9 two bedroom
apartments) colonial style 3 storey building overlooking the beautiful
Port Vila harbour. Located in the main street of Port Vila, it is a
short 5-10 minute walk to the centre of town and is surrounded by
numerous restaurants and a major supermarket all within walking
distance. Perfect for the business person as well as holiday travellers.
All studios and apartments are spacious and have self contained cooking
facilities. The apartments have 2 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, ceiling
fans and balcony views of the harbour. Ground floor studios all have air
conditioning and ceiling fans, upper floors have ceiling fans only but
nice views over the harbour.
All rooms have telephone and internet connection. Optional Satellite TV
is available. Pool, bar/snack bar, guest laundry, guest internet corner,
car parking and BBQ are on site.
The owner/operator family are keen scuba divers (10 years in the
Pacific, including Solomon Islands, Espiritu Santo, and Port Vila) so
diving groups are welcome and well catered for.
Kaiviti is a family friendly motel without pretence, just genuine
care and old fashioned service.
